As we all know that apartheid which was considered as the biggest atrocity to befall the black population for so many years(20th century) and gaining Freedom after so many after a lot of blood shed, it must be of joy as a South African citizen to celebrate a great day as a national holiday as it marks a high level of patriotism as well as a day which needs to be celebrated.
