How To Apply Online For Tshwane University of Technology.

As stated above there are two ways a prospective student can apply for TUT. The steps below give a step-by-step guide on how to apply online. Before we begin the application process please note that the applicant will need the following.

  1. A R240 application fee which is non-refundable paid to ABSA bank account number 040000003 with reference number being your identity number.
  2. Certified copies of your Senior Certificate or your National Senior Certificate and identity certificates.

Now, let’s proceed to the application process.

Step 1: Log on to the TUT website.

Step 2: If you have your Student Number, choose yes to get a link to open a new link.

Step 3: Enter your STUDENT NUMBER and PIN to log in and continue the process.

In the case where you don’t have a student number and want to continue the application process continue from step 4 by choosing YES.

Step 4: Choose YES.

Step 5: Enter your ID number and Passport number to resume your application.
